Dear Monday Morning Coach Readers!
The June edition of Monday Morning Coach is missing Carole’s article due to her focus and energy being directed to her family. Her daughter Ania has been ill during May and is now in the hospital. She is expected to be home in a few days starting to feel better.
On Carole’s behalf, I write the words in her heart. Have a beautifully inspired June that brings you great joy and laughter in your work, your life and with your friends & family. Carole looks forward to connecting with you in July through Monday Morning Coach!

Question:
What area in your life are you finding yourself “less than enthusiastic?” What might happen if you were to embrace a little more enthusiasm in that area?
Affirmation:
“I embrace the power that enthusiasm has in my life. From my enthusiasm, I feel alive and energized!”
For the Week of June 8th:
Quote:

Question:
Do doubt, anxiety, and fear have you on "speed dial?" How could you "change your number" (or at least get rid of call waiting!) so that you can focus your thoughts and energy on things that make you feel good?
Affirmation:
"Today I focus my attention on things that make me feel peaceful and complete. In doing so, thoughts of fear, anxiety and doubt simply disappear."

The Forest House

Review: This book is the third book in the Mists of Avalon series, following "The Fall of Atlantis" and "Ancestors of Avalon." As with all the books in this series, there is a spiritual essence but this book is especially spiritual. It gives a sense of connectedness with the past and spirituality/nature.
The book is an excellent read, exploring both the historic and fanciful aspects of the time period (1st century AD). If you are looking for a wonderful story to read to kick off your summer this fictional piece will be a great choice!
